Responsibilities
- Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems with high availability and performance.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient software modules.
- Ensure designs comply with specifications and that specifications adequately cover implementation requirements.
- Create and review design documentation and provide feedback on test plans.
- Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of full-time professional experience designing and developing applications using the Java ecosystem.
- Solid background in object-oriented analysis and design.
- Experience with Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, and JEE.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with HTTP APIs and a basic understanding of concurrency concepts.
- Working knowledge of Maven, Git, and CI/CD principles.
- Additional experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, horizontally scalable distributed or microservices architectures, Redis, Elasticsearch, Hazelcast, or EhCache is appreciated.
- Strong communication, analytical, teamwork, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
