Responsibilities

  • Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems with high availability and performance.
  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient software modules.
  • Ensure designs comply with specifications and that specifications adequately cover implementation requirements.
  • Create and review design documentation and provide feedback on test plans.
  • Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of full-time professional experience designing and developing applications using the Java ecosystem.
  • Solid background in object-oriented analysis and design.
  • Experience with Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, and JEE.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with HTTP APIs and a basic understanding of concurrency concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Maven, Git, and CI/CD principles.
  • Additional experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, horizontally scalable distributed or microservices architectures, Redis, Elasticsearch, Hazelcast, or EhCache is appreciated.
  • Strong communication, analytical, teamwork, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
