Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable automated test frameworks and regression suites.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams to support high-quality feature delivery.
- Expand automation coverage across functional, integration, and system testing.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Identify quality risks early and improve testing processes continuously.
- Contribute to shared automation libraries and testing infrastructure.
- Advocate for quality engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software testing experience in a process-driven technology environment.
- Strong programming expertise in at least one modern object-oriented language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Hands-on front-end testing experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with back-end and API testing, including REST APIs, HTTP, and SOAP services.
- Very good knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A B.S. degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, another technical field, or Business with an MIS background.
- An M.S. degree, unit testing, database-project testing, complex SQL validation, database performance testing and optimization, database security, and familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot are preferred or advantageous.
