Responsibilities
- Champion MEDDICC qualification and maintain accurate pipeline and deal-health information.
- Lead technical and value-based discovery with prospects and connect operational and revenue challenges to ROLLER’s value.
- Run tailored product demonstrations, technical validations, and discussions about product integrations and configuration.
- Develop and present ROI-led business cases focused on revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Own competitive positioning, handle objections, and support deal strategy and executive engagement with Account Executives.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs, collaborate with Solution Architects on complex opportunities, and support customer expansion and upsell motions.
- Maintain Salesforce activity and pipeline data and share commercial insights, win patterns, loss reasons, and competitive intelligence with Sales leadership.
Requirements
- C1-fluent French and fluent written and verbal English are required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or commercial pre-sales role within a SaaS company.
- Strong practical familiarity with MEDDICC or an equivalent qualification methodology.
- Technical confidence with product demonstrations, integration questions, and standard technical evaluations.
- Proven ability to build and present ROI-based business cases to economic buyers and executives.
- Strong discovery, executive communication, competitive positioning, commercial, and value-selling skills.
- Experience using Salesforce as a CRM of record.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message, Challenger, or SCIPAB is advantageous.
- API concepts, standard integration patterns, Postman, Swagger, and experience with ROLLER’s product categories are advantageous.
- Leisure, attractions, hospitality, or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
- Travel may be required up to 30%.
