Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow BCM and IRM solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Configure business continuity plans, templates, approval workflows, review cycles, access controls, dashboards, and reporting.
- Lead migration and validation of BCM plans, risk records, controls, and compliance data.
- Develop ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and workflow automation.
- Implement IRM capabilities covering risk, policy and compliance, audit, controls, issue management, and vendor risk management.
- Build enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP services, and spokes.
- Support unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing and resolve implementation defects.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, configuration guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Provide deployment, go-live, and hypercare support for BCM and IRM solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, ACLs, and security.
- Experience implementing and testing ServiceNow BCM and IRM capabilities.
- Knowledge of business continuity planning, recovery strategies, business impact analysis, recovery objectives, and continuity governance.
- Experience with risk, policy and compliance, audit, issue, control testing, and vendor risk management.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and integrations with other systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications.
- ServiceNow BCM Micro-Certification and ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience in utility, energy, public sector, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 22301, NIST, COBIT, and SOX frameworks is preferred.
- Certified Implementation Specialist certification in a relevant risk, compliance, BCM, GRC, or IRM domain is highly desirable.
