
Salesforce Field Service Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Design and integrate scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments.
- Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Provide project oversight, technical governance, coding standards, and code reviews.
- Manage custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
- Debug complex project issues and ensure solutions scale and perform reliably.
- Participate in pre-sales discovery, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development when needed.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
- Maintain target billable utilization and travel to client sites for projects.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent proven experience is required.
- 9–14 years of CRM experience, including at least 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert-level understanding of end-to-end Field Service implementation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
- Experience designing scalable, performance-driven systems and applying architecture and data-volume best practices.
- Understanding of data sharing, visibility, authentication patterns, and platform security capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with business systems using APIs, ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Expert experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Background designing and developing large web-based systems or exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications after hire.
