Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while adapting features to business needs.
- Manage software releases and maintain application compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed system update records.
- Contribute independently as a subject-matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agentforce is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI and AI agents and workflow integration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes is required.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms is required.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
