Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with sector-specific needs.
- Design and develop Guidewire integration components and configure PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
- Write Gosu code and contribute across the software development lifecycle, including deployment and defect resolution.
- Perform platform upgrades, work with web services and XML, and conduct peer and team reviews.
- Estimate work products and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other delivery activities.
- Mentor or direct junior team members and liaise with onsite and offshore teams.
- Recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration and integration.
- Experience with Guidewire platform upgrades and understanding of Guidewire integration and configuration concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Gosu, web services, and XML.
- Ability to configure PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter and develop Guidewire integration components.
- BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in Computer Science, or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and ability to apply technical solutions across business domains.
- Preferred experience with CodeNarc or similar tools and the latest Guidewire Cloud versions.
- Guidewire Specialist, ACE, or Cloud certification is preferred.
