Responsibilities
- Own, operate, and evolve core infrastructure including PostgreSQL and async processing pipelines.
- Design, manage, and optimize LLM infrastructure for reliability and performance.
- Build robust monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to surface issues.
- Architect and implement new infrastructure as the company scales.
- Improve deployment pipelines and developer experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of database technology to diagnose inefficiencies.
- Experience running production services including monitoring and debugging.
- Familiarity with job queues, async processing, or event-driven systems.
- Experience with Docker, AWS/GCP, or infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
