DevOps Engineer – Member of Technical Staff (MTS)

Responsibilities
- Create, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines and developer tools.
- Build development and release-process guardrails that promote quality and security.
- Consult with internal engineering customers and develop solutions for their technical requirements.
- Design, implement, and support engineering systems with a security and trust mindset.
- Integrate agentic capabilities into developer tools and improve the developer experience.
Requirements
- Require 3+ years of experience in a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Require in-depth knowledge of source control systems, branching strategies, trunk-based development, and CI frameworks such as GitHub Actions.
- Require experience creating build, test, and deployment pipelines and proficiency in scripting or object-oriented programming.
- Require hands-on experience in a Test-Driven Development environment with a focus on quality and software design.
- Prefer experience with Terraform or CloudFormation and automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Prefer experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and container technology such as Docker.
- Prefer understanding of cloud-native microservice architecture and secure software development lifecycle practices.
- Prefer experience collaborating with globally distributed teams in an Agile software development environment.
