Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve agents that create and maintain browser automation workflows.
- Scale worker orchestration, job queues, and real-time coordination for increased daily runs.
- Build APIs, SDKs, and observability tools to help customers diagnose automation failures.
- Ship features across frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure based on customer feedback.
- Set engineering standards and help shape the growing team’s technical approach.
- Own production systems end to end and maintain reliability during incidents.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of engineering experience, including ownership of systems through production operations.
- Proficiency in full-stack development and AWS services, with comfort working across cloud infrastructure.
- Experience shipping and operating production software and taking responsibility for system reliability.
- Background in a founding, infrastructure leadership, or product engineering role.
- Demonstrated ability to make technical decisions and deliver in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with distributed systems, healthcare data, or browser automation is valuable.
Benefits
- Base salary of $180,000 to $240,000 annually.
