Responsibilities
- Build core software infrastructure and machine learning models to detect and enforce policies on malicious apps.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
- Deliver high-quality infrastructure software and machine learning models in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, operations, policy, legal, privacy, trust and safety, and counter-abuse teams.
- Balance global regulatory and policy criteria while delivering technical counter-abuse solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, such as Python, C++, Go, or Java.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience or interest in Anti-Abuse, Trust and Safety domains.
- Preferred: full-stack software engineering experience across back-end, front-end, and applied machine learning.
- Preferred: interest or experience applying AI/ML and Large Language Models to abuse detection.
