Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous problems into buildable AI solutions.
- Map existing processes and identify areas for AI integration.
- Design and build AI prototypes quickly using modern development stacks.
- Develop full-stack AI applications and own technical architecture.
- Partner with AI Governance to evolve prototypes into production systems.
- Document solutions for scalability and maintenance.
- Participate in client meetings and demonstrate progress through live demos.
- Build relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Strong background in AI engineering and healthcare operations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and full-stack development.
- Deep curiosity about AI applications in healthcare.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high-stakes environments.
