- 8-10+ years of experience in building and scaling test automation.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale quality initiatives.
- Experience in root-causing complex failures and building triage processes.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into quality workflows.
- Significant experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.
