Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance product and system features using C# and .NET.
- Create migration plans for legacy tools and systems moving to unified systems and languages.
- Build and implement unit and system tests for critical code paths while following secure coding practices.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for existing and new application features.
- Participate in design, development, estimation, and technical planning discussions.
- Document processes and best practices, communicate status and risks to stakeholders, and train or mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in system software development.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET, particularly for networking-domain software.
- Working knowledge of building, debugging, and troubleshooting applications in a Windows environment.
- Experience with Unisys ClearPath MCP/OS 2200 systems is an added advantage.
- Understanding of software development processes and tools including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Clean Coding, TDD, CI/CD, and Jira.
- Good analytical, systems-thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
