Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for Esko Interactive Applications across packaging, premedia, design, collaboration, approval, and production workflows.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues involving software configuration, usage, and integrations.
- Own support cases end to end, provide timely customer updates, and escalate complex or product-related issues with technical analysis and evidence.
- Document issues, root causes, resolutions, and known issues in support systems and knowledge repositories.
- Guide customers on best practices and translate customer use cases and pain points into feedback for internal teams.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, senior engineers, Shift Managers, and global teams to maintain support quality and SLA adherence.
- Participate in training, enablement, and continuous learning on product updates and workflow trends.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in structural design for packaging and/or Esko software support.
- Experience with one or more of ArtiosCAD, ArtPro, ArtPro+, PackEdge, Plato, Cape, DeskPack, i-Cut, Studio, or VDP.
- A formal qualification in Printing Technology, Structural Design, or a related discipline is an alternative pathway and is preferred for relevant packaging, premedia, or printing businesses.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Software or SaaS support experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with enterprise customer environments and workflows is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, troubleshooting, customer-service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
