Base Salary
$129k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions across cloud-native and on-premises environments.
- Lead the technical lifecycle and end-to-end delivery of complex software projects.
- Apply secure coding practices, user privacy principles, and quality-focused engineering practices.
- Use AI-enabled frameworks and development tools to accelerate product capabilities and engineering workflows.
- Collaborate across diverse teams to deliver customer experience platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or a master’s degree plus 3 years, or a PhD plus 0 years.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and with on-premises environments.
- Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable solutions using Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and large language models.
- Experience leading end-to-end software delivery and applying software development lifecycle, Agile, and secure coding practices.
- Preferred experience with Node.js, AI governance, artificial intelligence compliance, prompt engineering, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Terraform, and network automation.
