Base Salary
$110k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, testable C# code and participate in design and code reviews.
- Design, implement, unit test, debug, and maintain software while managing assigned integration, testing, and deployment tasks.
- Contribute to import product functionality, backend performance optimization, and internal utility and migration tooling.
- Collaborate with product management to scope and estimate enhancements and participate in demos and retrospectives.
- Maintain documentation for program logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
- Follow confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and company policies when handling data and delivering services.
- Participate in an on-call rotation covering evenings, weekends, and holidays to resolve critical issues according to defined SLAs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in C# as the primary development language.
- Strong T-SQL skills, including query development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Git or comparable version control tooling.
- Advanced design, debugging, and coding skills focused on security, scalability, and software engineering best practices.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, continuous learning, and improvement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.
