Responsibilities
- Enhance and scale the real-time data-onboarding platform to handle increasing data volumes.
- Own and evolve infrastructure across AWS, with expansion to GCP and Azure.
- Improve deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational processes.
- Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions affecting scalability and resilience.
- Participate in on-call rotations, maintain system reliability, and respond to production incidents.
- Continuously improve systems using operational metrics, customer feedback, and changing business requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience building as a backend engineer.
- Expertise in Golang, Kubernetes, Terraform or a comparable infrastructure-as-code tool, cloud-native architecture, and at least one major cloud service provider.
- Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and using feedback to improve product development.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong production debugging skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work with significant ownership and autonomy and demonstrate a founder’s mindset focused on impact, innovation, and measurable results.
