Responsibilities
- Build and deploy complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Take ownership of customer-facing features and deliver continuous improvements.
- Develop and integrate with external conferencing and communication platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and front-end engineers.
- Contribute to the transformation of the platform into scalable microservices.
- Solve complex engineering challenges requiring scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Python, NodeJS, Java, or Scala.
- Proven experience in designing and developing distributed microservices.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful API standards.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms ensuring performance and security.
- Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL databases, optimizing for performance.
- High interpersonal skills to communicate technical ideas and mentor junior engineers.
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
