Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical user stories and scalable system designs.
- Build and maintain data flows between Salesforce, Impartner PRM, and learning platforms.
- Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.
- Maintain a high standard of data consistency across all partner platforms.
- Design dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce to track partner performance.
- Own end-to-end test plans and lead regression testing for system releases.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and coordinate with developers for defect resolution.
- Manage user provisioning, create technical documentation, and drive platform adoption.
- Optimize partner onboarding, agreement management, and deal registration processes.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems-focused roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with partner data across CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) systems.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
- Experience participating in the full partner system lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
