Responsibilities
- Innovate beyond existing products and bring new ideas to life for Celonis.
- Ensure high quality and continuously improve procedures and practices.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and designers to create efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to drive holistic project success across multiple geographies.
- Learn and grow in technical expertise and project execution.
- Research potential solutions and bring them to life with the Celonis Labs team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring framework, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience with building data pipelines in Databricks, ETL, and Apache Spark is a plus.
- Proficient in building cloud-native distributed systems.
- Ability to analyze and design complex software.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms like AWS.
- Deep understanding of modern engineering practices such as Git strategy and CI/CD.
- Problem-first attitude with a collaborative team spirit.
