Responsibilities
- Build and add to Automation Regression Test Harness.
- Achieve 100% Sprint Automation by translating manual test cases into automated tests.
- Provide 80% or higher Java and UI code coverage of all features.
- Continuously improve the robustness and effectiveness of automated tests.
- Participate in daily scrums, sprint retrospectives, and sprint demos.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software development lifecycle or as an automation engineer.
- 2+ years working with an enterprise product.
- 2+ years of experience in cloud application development (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- 2+ years of experience with Selenium for UI automation.
- 2 years of experience with Test-Driven Development using Junit, Mockito, or TestNG.
- 2 years of understanding APIs and automation using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Knowledge of Core Java, REST, and the Spring ecosystem.
- Familiarity with tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Stash, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Agile development experience (Scrum, XP, or Pair Programming).
- DevOps mindset with Continuous Integration/Deployment experience.
