Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and plans based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA; troubleshoot and verify fixes.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA tools, test frameworks, and best practices.
- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing quality assurance feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automation testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in front-end and back-end testing.
- Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Ability to write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium and Cypress.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
