Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud.
- Develop and configure OmniStudio components like OmniScripts and DataRaptors.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement product modeling with EPC and CPQ.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
- Strong experience with Omni Studio components and configurations.
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with integration patterns and DevOps tools.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
