Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI/ML solutions informed by data analysis.
- Partner with product and customer teams to embed AI into workflows.
- Run discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
- Deliver and document solutions using Commvault APIs and third-party integrations.
- Implement automation and reporting with scripting and orchestration tools.
- Support remote delivery by deploying and testing solutions for customers.
- Manage time across projects and lead customer discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6+ years in IT with strong enterprise infrastructure expertise.
- 4+ years in project-based delivery teams.
- 3+ years delivering automation and reporting.
- 2+ years programming with ML frameworks, preferably Python.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong OS, storage, networking, and security fundamentals.
- SQL Server query skills for reporting and automation.
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and version control systems.
- Commvault experience preferred.
- Proven use of AI-assisted tools for development.
