Responsibilities

  • Build, test, debug, and maintain core License Manager capabilities using Go and C++.
  • Deliver features, fixes, and enhancements from design through implementation and completion.
  • Write secure, maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage.
  • Investigate product and production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
  • Analyze performance across latency, throughput, memory use, concurrency, and failure modes.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, product management, support, and engineering partners.

Requirements

  • Strong, recent hands-on experience building scalable and reliable production services with Go.
  • Experience with distributed systems, APIs, secure service-to-service communication, and production support.
  • Strong testing, debugging, and production-troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to reason about performance and system failure modes.
  • Preferred qualifications include C++ experience, Go-to-C++ legacy-system integration or modernization, production performance or reliability investigation, Python for test tooling and automation, licensing or entitlement systems, observability, and incident response.
