Responsibilities
- Build, test, debug, and maintain core License Manager capabilities using Go and C++.
- Deliver features, fixes, and enhancements from design through implementation and completion.
- Write secure, maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage.
- Investigate product and production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Analyze performance across latency, throughput, memory use, concurrency, and failure modes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product management, support, and engineering partners.
Requirements
- Strong, recent hands-on experience building scalable and reliable production services with Go.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, secure service-to-service communication, and production support.
- Strong testing, debugging, and production-troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to reason about performance and system failure modes.
- Preferred qualifications include C++ experience, Go-to-C++ legacy-system integration or modernization, production performance or reliability investigation, Python for test tooling and automation, licensing or entitlement systems, observability, and incident response.
