Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions, understand customer technology landscapes, and design comprehensive system architectures.
- Run iterative stakeholder workshops to define project scope and plan for the final production end state.
- Code, build, and deploy robust cloud systems from high-level architecture through low-level implementation.
- Architect and engineer enterprise AI solutions, including agentic workflows, RAG systems, and applied foundation-model applications.
- Build functional Proofs of Value that integrate with customers’ existing enterprise systems.
- Ensure solutions meet engineering best practices, security standards, and scalability guidelines for production transition.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and engineering teams to solve customer technical challenges and inform product enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms and building full-stack solutions that interface with enterprise systems.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred: four years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
- Preferred: proficiency in a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Preferred: experience managing technical pre-sales cycles, developing cloud-native applications, and designing and building AI applications.
