Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features to production on a daily cadence.
- Own product components from ideation through deployment in collaboration with the CTO and founding team.
- Develop and iterate on an agentic system that automates headhunting end to end.
- Engage directly with users and measure effects on hiring speed and candidate experience.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional or project-based experience building production features with TypeScript and React.
- Full-stack development focus with demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end features, rather than primarily specializing in ML, Python, or C++.
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Production experience with Supabase, Prisma, and Typesense in a React/TypeScript stack.
- Portfolio or GitHub demonstrating full-stack projects and open-source contributions.
- Experience in early-stage or entrepreneurial environments with rapid iteration and frequent shipping.
- Strong academic performance, notable projects, or an active open-source presence are standout credentials.
- Familiarity with Cursor is a plus.
