Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize SAP GRC solutions for organizational compliance requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP GRC implementations.
- Integrate SAP GRC with other enterprise systems and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Proficiency in SAP GRC, including module configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze business processes and develop SAP GRC solutions.
- Experience or familiarity with SAP GRC integration techniques and implementation troubleshooting.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
