Responsibilities
- Independently build and unit test Salesforce components from designs provided by technical leads.
- Work with QA team members to resolve code- and configuration-based defects.
- Research and document new Salesforce capabilities and known platform-related issues.
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and Salesforce security capabilities.
- Participate in scrum planning, user story refinement, daily status updates, code reviews, and QA interactions.
- Enhance DevOps processes including pipelines, monitoring, and test automation.
- Manage branching and code merging practices in Git or an equivalent repository.
- Develop knowledge of cross-system integrations, event processing, APIs, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience working with the Salesforce Core Sales/Service platform.
- At least 3 years of experience in a scrum team environment.
- Proficiency with core Salesforce capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security.
- Preferred experience with Azure DevOps, Copado, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Level 1.
