Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for the enterprise integration platform.
- Resolve integration failures, message backlogs, file-transfer issues, connectivity problems, and production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for integration issues.
- Design, develop, and support AWS-based event-driven and serverless integration solutions.
- Support migration of ARCUS, IBM MQ, and on-premises file-transfer workloads to AWS-native solutions.
- Partner with architecture and application teams on integration modernization, rationalization, replatforming, and mainframe decommissioning initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of integration platform support experience.
- 4+ years developing or supporting AWS-based solutions.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
- Experience with EFT/MFT platforms, FTP/SFTP protocols, Linux and Windows administration, Python scripting, and automation.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon SNS/SQS, Amazon EventBridge, REST APIs, web services, SSL/TLS, certificate management, IBM MQ, AWS Transfer Family, Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK, Oracle Fusion integrations, CI/CD, and GitHub-based development practices.
