Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop R&D and production software for next-generation radar products
- Support system integration of software on mostly commercial off-the-shelf hardware
- Support deployed software capabilities used by U.S. and international customers
- Work full-time on-site at the company’s Hawthorne, California office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional object-oriented software development experience
- Extensive or advanced Python experience
- Solid understanding of and extensive experience with software development using Linux
- U.S. Person status to access U.S.-only data systems
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teams
- Preferred experience with hardware/software integration and testing and verification of high-TRL systems
- Preferred experience with production-level software development and deployment, DevOps, DevSecOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery using modern FOSS/COTS toolsets
- Preferred experience with software development tools for linting, code coverage, code quality and security scanning, and documentation generation
- Preferred experience with software and hardware networks, CUDA/JAX, software-defined radios such as Ettus, near-real-time systems, C++, Rust, NodeJS, Java, Go, Git, and containers such as Docker or Podman
