Base Salary
$191k - $334k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship production-grade multi-agent systems with orchestration, tool use, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery.
- Build enterprise-grounded agents using CMDB, Workflow Data Fabric, and Knowledge Graph data.
- Develop trust, safety, observability, human-in-the-loop, and governance controls for autonomous systems.
- Build retrieval and grounding capabilities including RAG pipelines, hybrid search, re-ranking, and evaluation.
- Integrate and evaluate Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI models for production use cases.
- Lead architecture decisions, code reviews, engineering quality improvements, and mentoring for production AI practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating production agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery.
- Production-grade Python experience.
- Experience with Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI AI SDKs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and production model evaluation.
- Working familiarity with production RAG and retrieval patterns, vector stores, hybrid search, and retrieval evaluation metrics.
- Track record of technical leadership through architecture ownership, code quality improvements, and mentoring.
- Systems-language experience with Go, Java, or C++ is a plus.
- Deeper search and retrieval specialization, MLOps or model observability experience, published work or open-source contributions, and production LLM fine-tuning or inference optimization are nice to have.
