Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, optimize, and deploy Adobe Experience Manager solutions and integrations.
- Gather requirements, evaluate design alternatives, and translate business needs into technical solutions with IT, UX/UI, and business stakeholders.
- Build and configure AEM components, templates, content and experience fragments, workflows, dispatcher configurations, and caching.
- Build and deploy AEM packages and tune application performance.
- Own assigned tasks, share knowledge with the team, participate in squad ceremonies, and support production issue resolution.
- Coordinate with dependent teams to resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager development experience.
- Experience with Java, JCR, Sling, Adobe Managed Services, OSGi configuration, CRX, Apache Sling, and AEM Dispatcher.
- Experience building and configuring AEM components, templates, content and experience fragments, and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Servlets.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap; Angular 12 knowledge is nice to have.
- Experience with Maven, AEM application performance tuning, and building and deploying AEM packages.
- Familiarity with Adobe Managed Services or Adobe Cloud Services.
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Experience with Bitbucket and GitHub.
- Understanding of Agile values and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, proactively identify solutions, and support knowledge sharing.
