Base Salary

$108k - $216k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-level designs during project discovery.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot business and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Translate project requirements into technical solutions aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Write, test, maintain, and document software code in accordance with coding standards and security policies.
  • Perform unit and regression testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and improve scalability and availability.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and small engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering software using object-oriented programming and iterative development methodologies.
  • Expertise in API design, platform development, and component services.
  • Proficiency in debugging, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable technical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies including generative artificial intelligence and telemetry implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus two years of relevant experience, or four years of relevant experience without the degree.
  • Preferred master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area.
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.

  • Annual salary range of $108,000.00–$216,000.00, with additional performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.
