Base Salary
$108k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of scoped software features and models through collaborative engineering teams.
- Develop, test, maintain, and debug efficient software using multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Integrate AI and machine learning components into software solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and apply scalable, secure, and maintainable design principles.
- Translate complex stakeholder problems into actionable technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 3 years of software engineering or related experience, or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
- Experience delivering scoped features or models through collaborative engineering teams.
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, automated testing, and DevOps monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration and generative AI tools.
- Demonstrated technical judgment in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Preferred: master’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
