Base Salary
$155k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager and Designer to define and prioritize the Applied AI roadmap.
- Design and build MCP tooling to expose data and service layers for agents.
- Develop and enhance agent orchestration for tool-calling loops and workflows.
- Improve the reliability of non-deterministic systems through evaluations and logging.
- Focus on performance, latency, and clean code in all developments.
- Collaborate with engineers to define end-to-end solutions across platforms.
- Own features from design to implementation and delivery.
- Establish best practices for Applied AI as the team grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in backend and frontend development.
- 3+ years of experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.io.
- 3+ years of experience with Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Experience building stateful and event-driven web applications.
- Strong skills in API and distributed-systems design.
- Genuine curiosity and drive to learn about applied AI.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
