Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Financials master data, including hierarchies, trees, legal entities, chartfields, combination edits, run controls, and journal sources.
- Configure and maintain General Ledger, EPM reporting, Project Costing, and Procurement components.
- Develop reports and queries using PeopleSoft reporting technologies, relational databases, and SQL.
- Maintain configuration documentation, job aids, and training materials.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of financial applications management and/or financial accounting or reporting management experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials applications.
- Experience with PeopleSoft reporting technologies including BI Publisher, SQR, PeopleSoft Query Manager, and query writing.
- Experience creating reports and queries using relational databases and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting policies, principles, controls, consolidations, and foreign currency translation.
- Experience with or knowledge of HFM, Hyperion tools, PeopleSoft GL/EPM, PeopleSoft EPM v8.9 or comparable reporting tools, and PeopleSoft GL v9.1 or comparable General Ledger tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence tools, including Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Reports, SmartView, and OBIEE Interactive Dashboards, is preferred.
