Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced reporting capabilities that drive adoption and contribute to growth.
- Build experiences that enable customers to create segments, campaigns, and flows directly from reporting surfaces.
- Develop product-led experiences that highlight the value of Marketing Analytics.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and engineering teams to shape the analytics roadmap.
- Engage in projects that enhance enterprise portfolio analytics and AI-assisted exploration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full stack capacity.
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language, preferably Python or TypeScript/React.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering discipline.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and partner with product, design, and data stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a high-growth environment.
- Problem-solving skills, particularly with data at scale.
- Interest in data visualization, analytics, and AI.
