Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations from technical discovery to production deployment.
- Troubleshoot client technical issues and provide hands-on support for platform integrations.
- Support customer conversations around API capabilities and guide clients through platform development.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to provide structured customer feedback.
- Bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering solutions, advocating for necessary fixes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical experience in system integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, or other programming languages.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
