Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ML systems, including synthetic data pipelines.
- Fine-tune large language models and implement meta-learning methods.
- Improve existing models by incorporating advancements from recent ML research.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning large language models and vision-language models.
- Experience with deep learning models, especially Transformers.
- Ability to translate research from papers into production-ready code.
- Proven experience scaling inference infrastructure for LLMs/VLMs.
- Proficient in Python with a strong project-building track record.
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals.
- BS degree in CS or related technical field.
- Experience with ML frameworks and libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
