Responsibilities
- Create and optimize ranking features to improve search relevance metrics.
- Develop algorithm frameworks supporting diversified ranking features.
- Design platforms and tooling for parallel ranking experiments.
- Develop metrics to evaluate ranking performance.
- Collaborate with product, user experience, customer success, and engineering teams to identify and solve product and engineering problems.
Requirements
- Experience with traditional information retrieval techniques or machine-learning-based ranking models.
- Ability to analyze query logs and identify opportunities to improve search quality.
- Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning.
