Responsibilities
- Work with business analysts and project managers to understand functional requirements and establish development expectations.
- Create technical solutions for deliverables in a hybrid development environment.
- Collaborate with developers to deliver Salesforce metadata components through the SDLC promotion path.
- Create, maintain, and support Salesforce code components and production environments using approved tools.
- Use technical judgment to resolve issues and translate business problems into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Require 5-10 years of Salesforce configuration and development experience at a certified level.
- Require 5-10 years of experience delivering Salesforce projects in the financial sector or a similarly regulated industry; asset management or banking experience is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AppExchange packages including APTTUS and GEOPOINTE, Salesforce Mobile, and Einstein Analytics.
- Experience with SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, JavaScript, Java, JSON, and Flows.
- Experience with IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, Force.com IDE, Change Sets, and Data Loader.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, collaboration, and business-to-technical translation skills.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment to data and AI outputs.
