Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack functionality across web applications, APIs, data layers, user interfaces, integrations, and serverless functions.
- Build interactive dashboards, workflow tools, and configurable data-driven feature logic for sizable datasets.
- Integrate AI- and analytics-assisted capabilities with explainability, traceability, grounding, and citation considerations.
- Author reusable UI components and build and consume RESTful APIs.
- Provide technical direction to engineers and contract resources by breaking down work, reviewing code, and maintaining engineering standards.
- Write secure, privacy-conscious code aligned with HIPAA and application-security requirements, and contribute to automated testing.
- Maintain and modernize applications, debug issues across the stack, and assist with software releases and build/release automation.
- Mentor developers, act as a QA resource, and collaborate with engineering and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- 7+ years of full-stack software development experience with C# and a modern component-based JavaScript framework is preferred.
- Experience technically leading projects and guiding engineers or contract resources without serving as a people manager.
- Expert-level C# with ASP.NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid Entity Framework Core and SQL Server skills, including hand-written SQL such as Dapper when needed for performance.
- Experience building configurable, data-driven feature logic and data-forward interfaces such as dashboards, reporting, search, and filtering.
- Hands-on experience building and operating applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights, Azure AD B2C, MSAL, and Azure DevOps.
- Security-conscious development experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and ability to work with ambiguity.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare or clinical application development in HIPAA-regulated, PHI-handling environments.
- Preferred experience includes AI or LLM-backed capabilities, clinical decision support, rules-based domain modeling, multi-tenant SaaS, distributed or contract engineering teams, vendor integrations, APM tooling, security and compliance frameworks, and legacy modernization.
