Base Salary
$230k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, infrastructure, and developer tooling for Rillet's engineering team.
- Set the technical direction for reliability, security, and compliance in our systems.
- Shape the design and scalability of our external API.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define roadmap priorities.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and lead by example.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or developer productivity.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to drive technical direction across teams without direct authority.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows.
