Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize scalable Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate compilation, versioning, packaging, and release of application code into deployment-ready artifacts.
- Integrate unit testing, integration testing, and security scanning into build workflows.
- Maintain version control for pipeline configurations, shared libraries, and build environments.
- Monitor build queues and node health and resolve pipeline, credential, script, and environment issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to establish delivery standards and streamline releases.
- Document automation standards and train developers on new workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Systems Engineering, with significant Jenkins experience.
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins administration, plugin management, distributed builds, and Jenkins Pipeline syntax.
- Strong proficiency in Groovy, Bash, and Python.
- Expertise with Git workflows, branching strategies, and repository hosting services such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, npm, and NuGet.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and developer-training skills.
