Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop secure and performant features.
- Maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to guide market entry.
- Engage with customers and the community to drive adoption.
- Ensure code meets internal standards for style and maintainability.
- Advocate for coding standards through reviews and cultural practices.
- Demonstrate progress during weekly internal demos.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in software engineering.
- Expert knowledge of at least one major systems programming language.
- Experience with low-level systems programming, preferably in Rust.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience shipping serverless software on AWS or distributed systems.
- Ability to learn Rust and TypeScript.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
