Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end fullstack solutions using Python or Python and Java on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend.
- Build responsive user interfaces and integrate them with backend services and APIs.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and application components.
- Own technical solutions from requirements analysis and architecture design through implementation and deployment.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL structures, queries, functions, triggers, and views.
- Use AI-powered development tools and AI-assisted coding practices to improve efficiency and code quality.
- Build prototypes, validate technical concepts, and contribute to technical planning, testing, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, continuous improvement, and technical optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience, preferably in fullstack or backend-oriented roles.
- Strong commercial experience with Python or Python and Java.
- Practical JavaScript and frontend development experience with frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of fullstack architecture, frontend-backend integration, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Strong PostgreSQL experience, including database design, query optimization, indexes, views, functions, and triggers.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design principles, clean code, and maintainable engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar solutions.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD processes, and modern software development practices.
- Advanced written and spoken English for collaboration with international clients and teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, independence, ownership, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Nice-to-have experience includes banking or fintech applications, AWS or other cloud platforms, Docker, Linux, TypeScript, modern frontend architectures, microservices, event-driven systems, AI agents, agentic coding workflows, and architectural solution design.
