Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack services and applications using Golang, gRPC, TypeScript, and React for CX agent workflows and automation.
- Design, implement, integrate, and extend Salesforce, Maestro QA, and Assembled platforms for internal CX tooling.
- Drive platform modernization and strategic platform transitions across the agent platform landscape.
- Partner with product, design, security, and data teams on operational and compliance solutions.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, testing practices, and technical risk mitigation for reliable production systems.
- Mentor engineers on design patterns, testing practices, and deployment processes in a distributed, multi-timezone team.
- Use generative AI tools and copilots responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Go and hands-on experience building scalable backend services with gRPC and event-driven architectures such as Kafka.
- Full-stack development experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and React or other modern component-based frameworks.
- Experience operating production systems on AWS with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines such as BuildKite or similar.
- Experience implementing rate limiters, caching, load balancing, and observability tooling.
- Experience evaluating, integrating, and extending third-party SaaS platforms in a production enterprise environment.
- Experience mentoring engineers on design, testing, and deployment practices in distributed teams.
- Ability to use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean responsibly with human-in-the-loop practices.
