Responsibilities
- Develop User Plane Control Layer 2 components for Ericsson baseband software supporting 5G RAN and future 6G solutions.
- Contribute to systemization, design, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for baseband products.
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities.
- Implement production-based agentic flow systems.
- Apply development best practices and new technologies to improve product innovation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in telecommunications, AI, signal processing, wireless communications, computer science, or embedded systems.
- Strong foundation in C, C++, and Python programming.
- Proven hands-on expertise in AI/ML and generative AI technologies, including prototype development and enterprise AI implementations.
- Experience with Amazon-Q/Kiro-cli, Claude Code, LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with 4G/5G wireless communications, 3GPP/ORAN standards, or signal processing is a strong plus.
- ML and generative AI tools experience is a plus.
